Visiting an Icon: E1027
Nestled on the Mediterranean coast in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, E1027 is a modernist masterpiece by Eileen Gray and Jean Badovici. Designed in 1929, it embodies timeless elegance, blending simplicity, function, and harmony with its surroundings.
One of our team recently stayed in this architectural gem, experiencing its thoughtful design and iconic features, from bespoke furniture to seamless integration with nature.
Words can’t do it justice—let the pictures showcase its beauty, including the controversial Le Corbusier murals that add to its rich history.

25 Lr Georges St Granted Planning Permission
We’re excited to share that our new design studio at 25 Lower Georges Street has officially been approved and granted planning permission! This innovative development will feature an open-plan studio with a prominent shop frontage, as well as a spacious 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor. The showpiece is a stunning second-floor extension, with charred timber cladding, offering another 2-bedroom apartment and an external terrace that boasts breathtaking sea views.
