Bunratty Castle Hotel underwent a full redesign of its 800sqm public areas, including a striking bar with a 6.5m high ceiling. The interiors featured carefully procured finishes and furnishings, while the commercial kitchen was fully detailed and installed to support hotel operations and events.

Our architects worked with local planning and conservation requirements to design a new 250sqm pre-function room extension, overlooking Bunratty Castle. Outside, granite stone and timber cladding blend seamlessly with polished concrete, paving, and black railings.

The pre-function area features flexible layouts with dedicated spaces for welcome receptions and networking, ideal for hosting large conferences, banquets, and social events. Large windows flood the room with natural light, connecting guests to the scenic beauty of the surroundings.

The layout of the new function room and extension was carefully crafted to allow for seamless transitions between spaces, facilitating smooth event flow. Dividable partitions offer versatility, allowing for both intimate settings and larger open areas for more substantial events.
