This project transformed 24-25 Lower George’s Street in Dun Laoghaire, a historic coastal town known for its Victorian architecture and vibrant seafront. The development included an open-plan ground floor with shop frontage, designed to seamlessly integrate with the dynamic streetscape. Additionally, it features a large 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor and a striking charred timber roof extension on the second floor, which houses another spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The rooftop terrace offers stunning panoramic sea views, enhancing the residential appeal.

Securing planning approval for this project was particularly challenging due to the sensitive nature of the site.
